📋 Description

• Oversees, leads, plans, directs and executes all aspects of the Consumer Lending Operations department’s subgroups • Responsible for providing support to the sales team in the production of consumer loans • Communicates with Members and staff to sell loan products and ensure good member service • Provides leadership and coaching to motivate and maximize the performance of Lending Operations Supervisor(s) and Lending Operations team • Coordinates and maintains solicitation methods and processes to increase consumer loan volumes • Develops product lines and researches new product offerings to meet Credit Unions goals • Prepares annual budget for the department, and monthly monitoring for variances

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Consumer Lending operations • 2-3 years of collateral management experience • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a financial institution • Advanced credit experience • Ability to analyze and evaluate loan requests • Knowledge of budget process • Demonstrated experience in financial principles and practices required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to determine realistic and attainable strategic plans to meet business development goals
