📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive and board member presentations • Provide meaningful variance analysis and commentary on financial results compared to budgeted and forecasted financials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support budgeting and strategic planning processes • Develop financial models to forecast future performance and evaluate investment opportunities • Participate in special projects related to financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or financial reporting • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables and advanced formulas) • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • SQL, python or related skills are a plus
