📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to ensure understanding of the functional MDM requirements and future strategic direction of the business. • Provide functional guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders regarding MDM best practices. • Translate MDM functional requirements into technical requirements and design. • Participates in solution design and supports robust and complex initiatives. • Collaborates with business stakeholders to build master data workflow frameworks and governance rules that enable robust, scalable data quality processes. • Develops and executes complex testing scenarios across system, integration, and user acceptance phases, and supports release management activities following required approvals. • Participates in standard data modeling, translates data requirements into effective use diagrams, and analyzes existing databases through reverse engineering. • Develop and maintain documentation related to MDM processes and data mappings. • Acts as a liaison to domain data owners to establish necessary data stewardship responsibilities and procedures. • Builds and maintains existing enterprise data governance policies and procedures in collaboration with domain owners. • Develops tools and processes to improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization. • Tracks and reports adherence to key MDM and data governance metrics/SLAs. • Performs data integrity gap analysis, identifying areas where application controls are insufficient. • Assists with the maintenance of complex golden records across domains. • Learn business processes and partner with business process owners/SMEs, IT, and data stewardship teams. • Communicates analytical findings, through reports, briefings, and presentations. • Applies knowledge of data governance, workflows, and procedures in determining the most effective and actionable data analysis within the project planning frameworks. • Facilitates discussions with business users to understand and translate complex business requirements into master data management solutions aligned to business goals that deliver measurable value to the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. • 4+ years relevant work experience. • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • MDM Methodologies and Tooling (SAP MDG) • Data Governance and Data Quality experience • SQL skills • Experience with Informatica MDM and/or Enterworks is a nice to have
