📋 Description
• Owns system configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise safety systems. • Executes initiatives aligned to EHS Systems strategy, independently owning planning, execution, and delivery. • Leads end-to-end implementation of digital and electronic safety solutions. • Supports and enforces data integrity standards and governance practices. • Designs and delivers monthly safety metrics and performance reporting. • Performs advanced analysis of incidents, audits, and compliance data to identify trends and risks. • Leads data validation and reconciliation across safety systems. • Partners with Safety Leadership to evaluate program performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in safety management, data analytics, business, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in safety analytics, EHS systems administration or data analysis roles. • Experience administering business systems and leading technical projects. • Experience with regulatory data (FMCSA or OSHA preferred) • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
