📋 Description

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, non-jury trials, and other duties as assigned (remote and in person, as required). • Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence, and motions. • Analyze and review complaints, motions, documents, and final judgments. • Conduct legal research and produce written work. • Provide legal analysis for and communication with clients regarding case matters. • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. • Active Florida Bar License • Member of the Florida Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements. • At least two years foreclosure experience. • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products • Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases. • Must possess strong organizational skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
