📋 Description
• Examine foreclosure title reports and abstracted documents • Search public records to determine legal condition of property title • Summarize recorded documents which affect condition of title • Determine conditions required to obtain clear title through foreclosure • Initiates and follows-up on title claims • Interacts with Attorneys, Clients and others to resolve title issues • Verify that the information in the title search is accurate and complete • Analyze deeds, judgments, tax assessments, and other instruments • Identify title issues or defects
🎯 Requirements
• High School/GED required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5+ Years of Title and Foreclosure Experience • Phoenix, BKFS, Tempo and, Equator experience highly preferred • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
