📋 Description
• Manage the daily claims process of the Aaron's Club Program • Liaison between Aaron's customers, stores, and partners to ensure claims are processed timely • Deliver high-quality service to customers & stores throughout the claims life cycle • Identify and recommend claims process improvements • Initiate and conduct follow-ups using claims systems and related business systems • Collaborate with various teams to ensure claims payments are received and applied accurately
🎯 Requirements
• HS Diploma, some college preferred • 3-4 years of experience • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
