📋 Description

• Evaluate costs and prepare project budgets and client quotes • Coordinate all project phases and establish achievable deadlines • Use Plunet for time tracking and manage projects throughout their lifecycle • Adhere to applicable policies and procedures • Respond to client queries via chat, phone, and email • Report activity in group chats and communicate with peers about tasks • Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers using HR freelancer databases • Establish and maintain relationships with freelancers globally • Monitor and control project status • Manage project finances and budgeting • Perform quality checks, including proofreading and final review • Handle freelancer queries • Act as the bridge between clients and freelance translators or interpreters

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, business administration, and customer service • Knowledge of localization • Knowledge and experience using CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ • Knowledge and experience using translation management systems such as Trados • University degree in Business Administration, Translations, or a relevant field is preferred • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) and Japanese • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills • Strong sense of professionalism and politeness • Full professional commitment during scheduled working hours • Job stacking and conflicting concurrent employment are not permitted • Must complete mandatory application questions • May be required to complete a background check before hiring
