📋 Description

• Contact and follow up with new and existing leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels • Understand clients’ needs and objectives • Present the trading platform and services professionally • Guide clients through account registration and funding • Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Provide accurate responses to client objections • Work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets • Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Forex, CFD, online trading, financial services, or a similar sales environment • Proven experience in a conversion, telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition role • Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD industry and online trading environment • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven • Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools • Good understanding of customer onboarding and KYC procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
