โข Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investingโs market share in Bangladesh โข Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors โข Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance our market penetration โข Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets โข Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team โข Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements โข Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition
โข Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker โข Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks โข A strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a must โข Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets โข Ability to lead a team and drive business growth โข Must be based in Bangladesh โข Fluency in Bangla and English is required
