📋 Description

• Monitor and manage the support ticket queue • Provide N1 support in SQL Server environments • Handle requests and communicate in prioritization groups • Execute DML and DDL scripts in accordance with procedures and approvals • Generate and document evidence of completed activities • Execute and monitor Backup and Restore processes • Perform initial analyses and escalate requests when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SQL Server databases • Experience with Backup and Restore processes • Knowledge of executing DML/DDL scripts • Experience handling support tickets and operational routines • Technical English proficiency • Bachelor’s degree completed • Strong communication, commitment, and organizational skills
