📋 Description

• Deliver foundational generalist HR training to beginners based on a defined curriculum • Motivate participants and support them in achieving their individual best • Document participants’ attendance, learning progress, and performance levels • Create and maintain a positive group dynamic in a fully online learning environment • Collaborate closely with Learning and Career teams in a virtual setting • Actively contribute to curriculum development • Continuously improve learning content based on current market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Generalist HR knowledge, acquired for example through a degree or relevant education and professional development • Proficiency in using DATEV for HR processes, such as payroll and master data maintenance, is required for this position • Ability to effectively lead learning processes, deliver engaging instruction, and promote knowledge transfer among participants, along with practical teaching experience • Ability to support participants empathetically, guide groups dynamically, and foster motivation and trust for effective learning • Openness to digital, cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment • Commitment to actively supporting people in their career development and helping them enter the job market • Very good German language skills for teaching • Sufficient English language skills to participate in meetings
