📋 Description
• Provide Thought Leadership & Drive Change through data-driven insights • Collaborate with leadership to solve problems and assess results • Build relationships with cross-functional teams • Define and track operational KPIs • Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations • Identify and prioritize projects for returns • Design optimization/ML/simulation models • Develop, maintain, and optimize models in cloud environments • Collect, cleanse, transform, and curate data • Lead projects and collaborate with subject matter experts • Design and productionize multi-agent workflows
🎯 Requirements
• MS in Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 4-5 years of experience implementing optimization, ML, or AI models. • Strong data engineering principles, familiar with technologies to store, query, process, and analyze data. • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C/C++, Java, or Go. • Proven record of productionizing models in cloud environments, version control, and MLOps.
