• Design System Ownership — Create and evolve a unified design framework (components, UX patterns, accessibility standards) that all PMs and engineers can use. • Enablement & Templates — Build reusable templates, prompt libraries, and review checklists for flows, UI copy, and visual consistency using v0 and AI design tools. • AI-Assisted Design Workflows — Operationalize how PMs prototype, test, and iterate using AI (v0, Figma plugins or internal agents). • Curation & Feedback — Establish a scalable feedback and review system (async, fast, and data-driven) to ensure experience quality without blocking velocity. • Design Quality Loop — Partner with Product Ops and Analytics to instrument user-experience metrics and feed learnings back into design systems. • Experience Strategy — Shape the overarching UX vision for Dealfront’s unified platform — clarity, trust, and conversion as design principles. • Hands-On Design Execution — Roll up your sleeves when needed to design core flows, high-impact visuals, or prototypes that set the quality bar for others to follow. • User Research Enablement — Define lightweight, repeatable ways for PMs to run and interpret user research; build tooling and templates to make user feedback part of every iteration.
• 8–12 years in Product Design or Design Systems leadership (multi-product SaaS). • Deep experience with design tooling automation (AI, component libraries, no-code prototyping). • Obsessed with enablement and scaling design through non-designers. • Strong aesthetic judgment + operational rigor — can translate chaos into structure. • Thrives in 0→1 environments; balances vision with execution speed. • Be physically located within Europe.
