• Ser referência técnica nos squads, apoiando PMs e desenvolvedores • Participar das cerimônias ágeis, garantindo alinhamento técnico e de entregas, apoiando Team Manager no acompanhamento de indicadores e soluções pelo método PDCA • Projetar, implementar e revisar código, assegurando qualidade e boas práticas • Conduzir análises técnicas para refino de user stories e soluções inovadoras • Garantir o deployment eficiente e seguro dos serviços, aderente ao gitflow.

• Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de software e participação em equipes ágeis • Conhecimento em práticas de revisão de código, testes automatizados e manuais • Familiaridade com processos de deployment e uso do gitflow • Capacidade de análise técnica para refino de requisitos • Boa comunicação e habilidade de trabalho colaborativo com diferentes áreas.
