• Own the full media creation process: concept → script → shoot → 3D → edit → optimise. • Produce high-impact short-form videos, motion design assets, 2D/3D animations, and product visuals. • Experiment with AI creation tools (Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling…) to push creative boundaries. • Collaborate with growth and design teams to turn strategy into compelling visual content. • Track performance and continuously refine the creative direction based on real results.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in video and image production: shooting, editing, motion, animation, post-production. • Solid skills in 3D (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar) or a strong visual culture for premium rendering. • Comfortable with AI media tools such as Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling, or equivalents. • Ability to manage a full content pipeline across multiple formats and channels. • Highly organised, creative, and detail-driven — nothing goes live off-brand. • Comfortable working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align visuals with strategy.
