• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. • Assist with plan enrollments and transitions between plans. • Perform plan comparisons and provide recommendations. • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, maintaining professionalism and accuracy. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Hold a valid health insurance license. • Be able to provide proof of release or intent to be released if currently, or previously, appointed with another agency or insurer. • Maintain current AHIP certification for the applicable plan year. • Understanding of sales and the ability to generate revenue. • Ability to be contracted and be RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 major MAPD carriers, or 2 major MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier). • Major MAPD carriers: UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna. • Secondary carriers: Cigna, Anthem, Wellcare, Zing, Devoted. • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with expectations for sales performance and call compliance. • Ability to work in accordance with federal CMS regulations. • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
