📋 Description
• Assist in managing Enso’s social media channels (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging communication. • Support community growth and engagement efforts, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions. • Create and distribute content, including announcements, educational threads, and newsletters. • Help execute marketing campaigns, such as quests, activations, and referral programs. • Monitor performance analytics, track engagement metrics, and suggest optimizations. • Collaborate with partners, influencers, and KOLs to amplify Enso’s reach. • Stay up-to-date on DeFi trends to ensure Enso remains at the forefront of the space.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or community management, preferably in Web3/DeFi. • Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, on-chain strategies, and trading tools. • Excellent content creation and communication skills. • Hands-on experience with social media management and engagement strategies. • A proactive, adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced Web3 environments. • Nice to Have: Experience working on growth marketing initiatives (analytics, referral programs, or gamification). • Familiarity with smart contract protocols and DeFi ecosystems. • Established relationships with KOLs and influencers in the space.
