• Build, maintain, and continuously improve custom risk dashboards visualizing protocol health metrics, collateral composition, exposure, and other governance-relevant indicators. • Develop and calibrate risk models, perform scenario analyses and stress tests to evaluate protocol behavior under adverse market conditions. • Conduct asset onboarding assessments, evaluating new assets across volatility, liquidity, oracle dependencies, smart contract exposure, and counterparty risks. • Set, monitor, and review risk parameters such as collateralization ratios, liquidation thresholds, and loan-to-value ratios to ensure robustness in changing market conditions. • Proactively monitor market and protocol risk, including asset behavior shifts, DeFi ecosystem events, chain or oracle disruptions, and propose timely governance actions. • Advise governance participants and ecosystem stakeholders on risk trade-offs, parameter adjustments, and incident response. • Lead or contribute to research on emerging DeFi risk vectors, including stress test methodologies, systemic risk propagation, and protocol-level vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure dashboards, simulations, and analytical pipelines are accurate, performant, and reproducible.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, collateralized systems, and governance processes (MakerDAO / Sky, Aave, Compound, etc.) • Experience with risk modeling, quantitative analysis, or financial modeling in DeFi or traditional finance. • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools. • Working knowledge of on-chain data analysis, oracles, and smart contract risk. • Comfortable translating quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for governance or leadership teams. • Clear, structured communicator with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
