📋 Description

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for portals, dashboards, and reporting tools. • Translate intricate workflows into intuitive user interfaces for both technical and non-technical users. • Partner with engineers and product leads to align on design goals and technical feasibility. • Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify pain points and deliver insights-driven designs. • Continuously improve launched products based on user feedback and usage analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally working on Web3 or tech-forward platforms. • Expertise with design tools such as Figma and collaboration platforms like Jira. • Solid grasp of design principles, branding guidelines, and responsive design. • Strong understanding of multi-user workflows, accessibility, and branding guidelines. • Familiarity with prototyping and working closely with engineering teams. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
