📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the enterprise Display Program, ensuring compliance with Display Program SOPs and governance. • Manage the design, development, inventory, and versioning of all MC&FP displays, signage, portable booths, and digital/immersive display assets. • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure display messaging aligns with current communications priorities. • Support integration of immersive and interactive technologies such as touchscreens, digital kiosks, AR/VR elements, and multimedia features. • Develop and maintain display logistics plans, including packing, shipping, storage, setup, teardown, and event-day operations. • Track display usage, updates, maintenance needs, and refresh cycles. • Manage an organized inventory including condition assessments, lifecycle status, and documentation. • Ensure display materials comply with branding, accessibility, and federal communications standards. • Provide on-site or virtual support for display deployment at key events when needed. • Prepare after-action reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with event, outreach, and engagement teams to anticipate display needs for upcoming activities.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in display program management, communications, event support, public relations, or visual engagement programs. • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale events or programs requiring coordinated display and visual asset management. • Experience working with creative or technical teams on display or exhibit development. • Knowledge of display logistics, signage production, and visual communications standards. • Familiarity with immersive or interactive technologies (e.g., touch displays, AR/VR, kiosks, digital signage). • Proficiency with content management, asset management, or display inventory tools.
