📋 Description
• Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program • Manage broker entry reporting, including report creation and distribution • Utilize ACE and InforNexus for customs reporting • Prepare and manage duty chargeback reports • Conduct monthly compliance checks and audits • Coordinate post-entry audits and corrections • Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs and duty costs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations • Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
