📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand engagement • Lead social storytelling around lifestyle, collaborations, and cultural moments • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to set objectives • Lead the development of clear, insight-driven content briefs • Partner with influencer marketing to identify creators and trends • Help shape the visual and editorial direction of lifestyle social content • Oversee and guide social copy development • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to inform content strategies • Measure and optimize social media campaigns • Translate data into actionable insights
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing • Proven track record of growing large-scale social communities • Deep understanding of social-first trends and platform nuances • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations • Expert in Microsoft Office; experience using Dash Social or other social media management platforms • Knowledge of Adobe is a plus • Experience in social media copywriting
