DECORAMI is a German online retailer specializing in party decorations, balloons and related accessories. The Shopify-based shop offers helium cylinders, foil and latex balloons (including large foil letters/numbers and novelty shapes), balloon garlands and kits, party tableware and sustainable disposables (palm-leaf and sugarcane), plus décor items like lanterns, pom-poms and confetti. DECORAMI serves both consumers and business clients with nationwide delivery and B2B/event decoration services and emphasizes trend-driven, stylish and sustainable product lines.

📋 Description

• Your diverse tasks include creating social media content • Managing our community and handling customer service • You will create engaging content together with our team, such as DIYs and giveaways for our social media followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest • Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships • You are the point of contact for customer inquiries and advise prospective customers with decoration ideas via email and phone • You will have broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one • You support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas

🎯 Requirements

• You have an affinity for party decoration • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing • Ideally you have some practical experience in online & social media marketing and the eCommerce sector • You speak and write fluent German • You are comfortable interacting directly with customers • You enjoy being in front of the camera • You confidently contribute creative ideas • You are willing to pitch in when needed and take the lead on viral marketing activities • We prefer mandatory (course-required) internships with a duration of at least 3 months
