đ Description
âą Coordinate and govern the delivery of AI initiatives across global product portfolio âą Ensure AI programmes are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned with strategic objectives âą Maintain programme-level planning artefacts including roadmaps, RAID logs, and status dashboards âą Facilitate structured programme reviews and cross-functional forums âą Engage and manage stakeholders around timelines, deliverables, and status of AI initiatives âą Prepare and deliver executive-level programme reporting and communications
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of programme or senior project management experience, ideally in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven product environments. âą Demonstrated experience managing portfolios of concurrent, interdependent technology initiatives at a global scale âą Strong understanding of AI product development cycles and the unique delivery challenges associated with data-intensive and ML-powered products âą Proficiency with programme management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Smartsheet) âą Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiences âą Proven ability to build structure and drive progress in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments âą Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification.
