📋 Description
• Implementation of our financial accounting software: Responsible for deploying and supporting the Diamant4 financial accounting solution at our clients • Training and instruction: Ensuring the learning success of seminar and training participants • Receiving and handling support requests via ticket system, e-mail or phone
🎯 Requirements
• Accounting clerk or certified balance sheet accountant with knowledge/experience of the Diamant financial accounting software • Team player with a sense of humor • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written, required • Enjoys sharing knowledge and training people • Interest in working with modern software solutions and optimising their use within companies
