• Assistenza di II Livello nel dominio HCIS • Incident e Service request management • Inbound Telefonico e gestione ticketing • Analisi dei log applicativi • Controllo congruenza dati tramite query SQL • Debug del codice di procedure applicative • Installazione fix, patch, minor release • Creazione e mantenimento della documentazione interna ed esterna • Esecuzione di Test e Quality Assurance nel ciclo di sviluppo interno degli applicativi
• Laurea ad indirizzo informatico, biomedico o equipollenti • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Customer Service o Assistenza Tecnica • Ottima conoscenza dei più aggiornati sistemi operativi, in particolare MS Windows e della Suite Office 365 • Buona conoscenza del linguaggio SQL e dei database relazionali • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie I.T.I.L. • Capacità di Team working e propensione per il rapporto con la clientela • Problem solving e predisposizione all'apprendimento di nuove tecnologie • Disponibilità a trasferte presso aziende clienti ed eventuali reperibilità • Conoscenza di protocolli HL7 e FHIR e certificazioni I.T.I.L. sono considerate un plus
