📋 Description
• Central management and coordination of internal and external strategic IT projects • Responsibility for initiating, planning and controlling complex IT projects • Key interface between regional service, sales, development and customers • Responsibility for project budget, schedules, success and contract-compliant project delivery • Regular management reporting for strategic projects • Coordination of development requirements within the project • Shaping and supporting a still-young team • Supporting the continuous development of project management standards and establishing a project-oriented knowledge management
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in business administration or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience • Basic knowledge of contract law or experience in contract-compliant project execution • Very good MS Office skills; a project management certification is an advantage • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Experience in leading and managing project teams (ideally in the hospital/healthcare sector) • Business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking • Strong customer-, service- and team-orientation • Professional communication skills and an independent, goal-oriented working style • High flexibility and willingness for continuous learning • Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel for project-related purposes up to 30%
