📋 Description

• Handling support tickets within the Service Operations Team • Independent remote administration of customer systems (hospitals) with a high degree of responsibility for fault analysis and resolution • Designing and implementing optimization measures • Performing system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies and, among others, our in-house hospital information system Orbis®) • Working closely with project management, third-party vendors and colleagues from other departments • Implementing extensions and upgrades of the existing IT infrastructure and supporting troubleshooting and performance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in a technical field • Solid knowledge in some of the following areas (or the willingness to learn): Linux/Unix, Windows, Citrix, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies • A high level of reliability and a confident, customer-facing manner • A consistently customer- and service-oriented approach • Independent and goal-oriented working style • Good communication skills, strong team orientation and resilience
