📋 Description

• Processing customer support tickets at the 2nd level • Independent remote administration of customer systems with high personal responsibility for fault analysis and resolution • Designing and implementing optimization measures • Performing system updates in coordination with our customers (for various technologies including our own hospital information system Orbis®) • Conducting customer training sessions (online)

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a degree in a technical field • In addition, you have solid knowledge in some of the following areas (or the motivation to gain expertise): Unix, Windows, Oracle, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, VMware, storage systems, cluster technologies • A high level of reliability and confident customer handling distinguish you • You always act customer- and service-oriented • You work independently and with a goal-oriented approach • Strong communication skills, a pronounced team orientation, and resilience are among your strengths • You are willing to take on occasional on-call duties for a 24x7 hotline • You have very good German and good English language skills
