âą 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. âą Proven experience optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance through systems, tools, and data analysis. âą Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms. âą Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and designing sales compensation plans. âą Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership. âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations. âą Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. âą Strong team player with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships. âą Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. âą Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce certification) a plus.
