📋 Description

• Ensure accurate processing and recording of multi-clients and states • Prepare and process a variety of journal entries and verify data • Process payrolls for stock options, expatriates, sales commissions, incentives and awards • Apply tax knowledge (IMSS, ISN and ISR) to payroll processing • Lead day-to-day activities as an Expert for various local market clients • Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes • Perform management reporting and analysis • Manage and maintain payroll calendars • Participate in special projects as needed • Perform administrative duties as needed • Adhere to the escalation matrix and follow-up procedures • Maintain internal reporting requirements, update metrics and publish on schedule • Represent the company’s best interest at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 90% English is mandatory; interviews held in English only • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to operate in a structured and organized way • Aptitude for analytical thinking in creating solutions • Payroll experience, at least 5-7 years • Mexican Payroll knowledge and skills (distinct advantage) • Hard understanding of Mexico Taxes • End-to-end payroll process and calculations • Head account experience with more than 500+ employees • Experience in global companies • Knowledge of annual processes and reports • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Knowledge of tax software (Authorities' portals, SUA, IDSE, etc.) • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
