This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products, driving design excellence, and delivering delightful customer experiences. You will lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
🎯 Requirements
• A deep passion for Product Design and UX Design craft; committed to creating meaningful, impactful user experiences. • A minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years leading holistic design as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent title). • Strong skills in UI, UX, and visual design, with a proven track record of crafting functional yet delightful customer experiences. Comfortable working through complex flows, creating engaging interfaces, and storytelling through visuals and prototypes. • Your design work is deeply rooted in ideation, experimentation and evidence, ensuring that recommendations are always backed by data. • Able to work at speed while maintaining high-quality and thoughtful solutions; driving clarity from complexity and ambiguity. • Equally focused on user experience and business objectives, ensuring that design solutions meet both criteria effectively. • An outstanding communicator who can bring people together, build strong relationships, and gain alignment across teams. Inspires through design and narrative. • Experienced in mentoring Product Designers, providing guidance that enables them to learn, grow, and progress in their careers. • Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners, developing best practices for engagement and collaboration across the organisation. • Strong knowledge of Payroll and Fintech, with the ability to apply this expertise to deliver impactful design solutions. • Experienced in being deeply embedded within a development team, working with a light touch from the Product Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
