📋 Description

• Deploy Deepgram’s voice AI platform into complex restaurant environments • Embed with enterprise restaurant brands and technology partners • Write code, debug production issues, and adapt the platform • Operate as a trusted technical partner to both customer leadership and engineering teams • Identify patterns across customers to shape product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent software engineer • Comfortable working across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and customer tech stacks • Use AI coding tools to move fast and multiply your output • Deep, personal commitment to your customers’ technical success • Learns fast, adapts quickly, effective in ambiguity • Able to build deep credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on the customer side
