📋 Description

• Architect and implement intelligent LLM-powered ETL pipelines that transform unstructured client data into structured solutions. • Develop autonomous, multi-agent systems using modern frameworks to automate complex, multi-step business processes. • Design and maintain evaluation frameworks to quantify AI performance and ensure production quality. • Build and deploy high-performance RAG systems. • Wrap AI logic into performant, production-ready microservices such as FastAPI services. • Participate in brainstorming and technical design discussions with teammates. • Challenge assumptions, solve problems collaboratively, and grow team knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English; the company is English-only. • 2+ years of professional working experience as an engineer. • 5+ years of experience is closer to the senior bar. • At least 2 years of strong, daily Python use. • Ideally 1–3 years of hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features. • Experience building AI workflows or agents, including multi-step or multi-agent orchestration. • Experience designing, evaluating, and optimizing production RAG systems. • Experience shipping products used by real, paying customers; side-project demos do not count. • Good communication skills in asynchronous text and calls. • Genuine curiosity about AI and ability to discuss a recent paper, model, or architectural shift. • Cat ownership is optional.
