📋 Description

• Act as the voice of customers inside the company and influence product priorities • Own the full customer journey from the first question to a resolved case • Investigate customer cases, reproduce issues, and collaborate with engineers on product improvements • Communicate with users clearly, structurally, and proactively • Build the knowledge base and documentation from the ground up • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape the product and working processes • Help design the experience for an AI product changing how auditors work worldwide

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in financial audit or a related field • Firsthand knowledge of customer workflows and pain points • Genuine curiosity for how complex software and AI work under the hood • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) • Communication skills in German are a strong plus • Structured, hands-on approach to solving problems • Strong project management skills • High sense of urgency and ability to prioritise effectively • Ownership and startup compatibility • Ability to actively shape things in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
