📋 Description

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to design and drive blockchain solutions • Define software functionality through well-crafted natural language prompts to LLMs • Collaborate efficiently with product and design teams to build high-quality production-grade blockchain features • Share best practice with the team to improve overall efficiency in using AI • Use AI tools to generate, test, and refine code • Evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, accuracy, security, and performance • Debug and troubleshoot issues • Maintain documentation of development processes and AI behavior patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software engineering experience (typically 5+ years or equivalent) • Experience working on brownfield projects with many stakeholders • Strong learning agility, with natural curiosity for new ideas, tools, and technologies • Owner mindset and clear communication, capable of making critical technical trade-offs • Proven AI-accelerated development track record: at least one substantial project where 40-50% of the code was generated by AI under your direction • Comfortable running a tight validation loop for AI-generated code • Blockchain Passion: Strong interest in blockchain technology and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
