• Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial and operational reports, presentations and analyses using data from Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and QuickBooks. Support department KPI reporting requirements. • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop product pricing and profitability models. • Utilize Salesforce for data extraction, ensuring the integration and accuracy of financial data for reporting purposes. • Design and maintain Power BI and/or Tableau reports and dashboards to visualize key financial metrics and trends for stakeholders. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, sales, operations and marketing to understand reporting needs and provide insights. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data across systems. • Identify and recommend improvements to financial data reporting processes and systems. • Lead and/or contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed. • Crosstrain with other team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. • 3+ years of professional experience as a financial analyst or a related role. • Proficiency in Salesforce for data management and reporting. • Expertise in data visualization and reporting. • Experience with QuickBooks Online for financial data management and reporting. • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights. • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with various teams and present reports effectively. • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
