📋 Description

• Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe. • Customer service: Assist our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable. • Back Office & Administration: Support day-to-day operations, keep structures organized, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably. • Accounting: Assist with preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts. • Founders Associate: Work directly with the management team, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, conduct research and help accelerate operational decision-making. • Process development: Identify recurring issues, help design improved processes and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.

🎯 Requirements

• Outgoing personality: You are a strong communicator and can quickly build relationships by phone, email or in person. • Business knowledge: You hold a degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable field and have already gained practical experience. • Structured & self-driven work style: You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals — even in a dynamic startup environment. • Digital affinity: You are confident working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools. • Passion for the shared project: You are resilient, reliable, keep an overview, enjoy solving challenges successfully and are willing to go the extra mile for collective success. • German is your native language.
