📋 Description

• Provide Process Hazard Analysis studies support • Prepare, facilitate, and scribe PHA studies • Ensure PHA scenarios, consequences, safeguards, and recommendations are captured in the PHA software • Write and review technical reports • Read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID), mechanical drawings, process flow diagrams, etc. • Conduct PHAs and/or training in person as well as virtual • Effective communication with clients and consulting team • Perform technical reviews for peers • Build and maintain positive client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• BS (or Higher) in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection) or other safety related field • Formal training in various PHA methodologies and LOPA is desired • Minimum experience of 5 years • Experience in facilitating PHAs in the Oil & Gas Industry is preferred • Safety-related designation preferred (CSP, CFEI, CCPSC, PE, etc.) • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process safety management • Strong knowledge in safety-related areas (PSM, RMP, combustible dust, chemical reaction hazards, flammable liquids/gases, etc.) • Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (NFPA, Building & Fire Codes, OSHA, etc.) is preferred. • Must deliver reports and analysis documents within time-driven deadlines.
