📋 Description

• The ITSD Consultant - Dayshift role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks and related systems. • This position plays a vital role in supporting DelCor’s mission of helping associations, nonprofits, and foundations enhance the value they provide to their communities. • To succeed in this role, the ITSD Consultant must build strong client relationships through initiative, active listening, and rapport-building skills. • A solid foundation in IT knowledge and experience is essential, along with the ability to deliver time-sensitive solutions and communicate effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ of recent hands-on experience working in help desk or service desk environment • Microsoft LANs MCSE 2008 or greater • Recent hands-on experience with Windows server (2012 and 2016) and workstation (Windows 7,8, and 10) environments • Experience with Office 365 or Exchange server • Proficiency with Active Directory, domain controllers, IP addressing, DNS, VPNs, and remote access • Recent experience administering Windows Server, Exchange Servers, Citrix Metaframe, Windows Terminal Server, and Firewalls (e.g., Sonicwall, CISCO) is highly desired • Experience with MSP and RMM tools is highly desired • Experience supporting users, network devices, and servers remotely • Must be willing to work dayshift including potential weekends
