📋 Description

• Brainstorm products to fit within clients' branded merchandise projects • Provide formal quotes to clients • Build and place sales orders • Review and approve invoices • Review and send proofs to clients for approval • Manage each job day-to-day to ensure on-time delivery • Oversee problem resolutions through completion • Place sample and spec orders requiring a factory PO • Serve as point of contact for order questions arising during production • Update the company CRM as needed • Support day-to-day management of a sales portfolio • Work closely with the Outside Sales team, Account Management team, and Chief Revenue Officer • Manage client projects from order placement through delivery • Coordinate with internal and external partners and maintain clear client communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or a related role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Strong attention to detail and great follow-up practices • Strong written communication and customer service skills • Positive and creative attitude • Advanced organizational skills / Ability to multi-task • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT) • Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus
