📋 Description

• Supports financial operations and administrative tasks in the roofing industry. • Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Reconciles financial records for accuracy. • Prepares financial reports and assists with payroll preparation. • Collaborates with project managers for cost tracking. • Organizes financial files in compliance with regulations and policies. • Assists with audits, tax filings, and other compliance tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Proficient in various accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms). • Familiarity with U.S. roofing or construction industry practices, terminology, and regulations. • Knowledge of tax codes and payroll regulations relevant to the construction sector.
