📋 Description

• Monitor orders and the documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails. • Ensure that POs are accurate and that they are issued to suppliers with the correct client artwork files. • Assist in contacting suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information for in-house orders. • Contact vendors for inventory checks, pricing, freight quotes, and lead times. • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics. • Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the progress of orders, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries. • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports to ensure all projects are on schedule for on-time delivery. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases. • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific software. • Experience with promotional products includes item research, ordering, and follow-up.
