📋 Description

• Perform bill auditing and ensure accuracy across all entries • Provide general administrative support and assist in daily operational tasks • Manage and process invoices with precision and timeliness • Handle data entry tasks using Excel and Google Sheets • Maintain internal communication across multiple departments • Utilize company-specific accounting software and various web portals • Support the finance and operations teams with ad-hoc assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with excellent phone and email etiquette • Strong accuracy in billing audits, data entry, and documentation • Efficiently manages multiple tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management systems • College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or general admin within a financial setting is ideal • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite • Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas and data management • Experience with accounting systems or related platforms • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
