• Enter sales orders into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from email and drop ship portals daily • Creating shipping labels and releasing picks when inventory is in stock • Invoicing orders that have shipped daily • Updating drop ship portals with relevant shipping and invoicing information/data entry • Ensuring to raise the flag for aging orders and communicating issues proactively with the team internally • Answer and place phone calls to customers in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and assist in sales • Follow up with customers after first interaction, sample requests, and first orders as directed by the Sales Manager • Provide customers with current and relevant information about such topics as available services, supply, current prices, and new materials • Responsible for maintaining/updating account information, including but not limited to forecasts and opportunities, in CRM software (Salesforce) • Follow all company safety policies/rules in performing job duties • Work in tandem with Quality Assurance to respond to customer complaints and accurately record incidents • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Familiar with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Worked in B2B and even better if with a manufacturing company
