• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an office or accounting role with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable. • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in PH time or U.S. business hours • Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). • Strong interpersonal skills to work well with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
