📋 Description

• The DCX Process Writer involves creating, developing, and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of various processes within the organization. • A strong communicator in both spoken and written English. • Strong attention to details. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. • Ability to handle complex transactional language to describe processes and functions of complex business procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, or any related field. • At least two (2) years of direct experience in process documentation, improvement, and technical writing. • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage. • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. • Strong exposure to Workday, and Asana is advantageous. • Preferably with a strong knowledge and background in Excel. • Preferably experienced in the BPO industry.
