📋 Description
• Prepare and send quotes on behalf of Sales Representatives • Create and maintain reports, logs, and documentation • Communicate daily with clients and vendors via phone, text, and email • Support sales reps with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks • Use Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination • Ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered on time • Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and customer needs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 2-3 years of sales experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in Salesforce • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail • Fast learner and comfortable with technology • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment • “Go-getter” attitude and ability to work independently
