📋 Description

• Provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support • Designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from initial concept through to final delivery • Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations • Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof • Sending proof to customers for review and approval • Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays • Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions • Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements • Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design , Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign. • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines. • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.
